The inspiration for this song came about when we were playing at a club called Desiderios in Tonawanda, N.Y. Paul and I were sitting in the dressing room looking at all the posters and 8X10's on the walls. Some were very old-had been there for years. We wondered, "What ever happening to all these people/bands?" We thought there was an idea for a song there. Many years later, after Paul died in the accident, I wrote the song with Marc Ribler. The song is basically about Paul and myself; our lives in Helix.
